However, in short, it is intended for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs or people who want to have their own business and want to get advice from more experienced entrepreneurs.

In this episode of the Entrepreneur Diagnosis podcast, Edita and I addressed the topic of leadership, building a corporate culture and why they have a key position in the field of IT, production and services. We talked about the breakpoints at which companies fail and how to deal with it, what is expected of you as a leader these days or why bosses are blamed for micromanaging, even though they often know the most.

I also shared my views on why the development of leaders key in the company, about mistakes that I would not repeat and how you can painlessly learn from them, or why it is worthwhile to get involved in non-profit activities in the company and how to solve the lack of candidates for some positions on your own.
